बिहार सरकार, गृह विभाग में पुलिस ड्राइवर, सिपाही और दरोगा के पदों पर नियुक्ति हेतु प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। इसके लिए विज्ञापन 2024 में जारी किया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने की प्रक्रिया, परीक्षा और चयन प्रक्रिया 2024 से शुरू की जाएगी।

Education Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria:

Inspector (दारोगा):

• The Education qualification for Bihar Police Sub Inspecotr (SI) is Bachelor Degree or its Equivalent in any Stream From Any Recognized University Of India.

Constable (सिपाही):

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. or Maulvi Certificate issued by Madrasa Board of Bihar State Government or Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) issued by Sanskrit Board of Bihar State Certificate or other equivalent educational qualification recognized by the State Government.

Driver (चालक):

• The candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
• Driving Licence: The candidate should have a valid driving licence in the following type of vehicles :-
  • Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle (HMV/TV) ;
  • Light Motor Vehicle;
  • Motor cycle with gear;

Selection Process:

The selection of candidate for Bihar Police Sub Inspector Recruitment 2023 will be complete through these following steps:

• Step- 1: Pre Exam
• Step- 2: Main Exam
• Step- 3: Physical Standerd Test (PST)
• Step- 3: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Driving Test for Driver Post
• Step- 4: Merit List

Pre Exam:

• Subject: हिन्दी

• Pre Exam will be coundcted for maximum 200 Marks.
• Total numbers of question in Pre Exam is 100.
• Negative Marking for Pre Exam is 0.2 marks each wrong answer.
• Duration for Pre Exam will be of 02 Hours.
• Minumum Passing marks for Mains Exam is 30% of total marks.

Main Exam:

• Subject: सामान्य अध्ययन, सामान्य विज्ञान, नागरिक शास्त्र, भारतीय इतिहास, भारतीय भूगोल, गणित एवं मानसिक योग्यता।

• Main Exam will be coundcted for maximum 200 Marks.
• Total numbers of question in Main Exam is 100.
• Negative Marking for Main Exam is 0.2 marks each wrong answer.
• Duration for Main Exam will be of 02 Hours.
