महिलाओं से संबंधित विषयों पर निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अतिरिक्त उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता धारकों को वरीयता दी जाएगी। साथ ही आवेदकों को कम्प्यूटर से संबंधित कोर्स एवं कम्प्यूटर संचालन का ज्ञान अनिवार्य है।
