Size of Online Uploading Documents for CTET July 2023:
- Upload scanned photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format.
- Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 to 100 KB
- Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
- Size of scanned signature should be between 3 to 30 KB.
- Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (height).
Eligibility Details for CTET July 2023:
Eligibility for Class 1-5
- The Candidate who does Apply online Form They must pass Primary Stage Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by what ever name known) OR
- The Candidate who does Apply online Form They must pass Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known),following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
- The Candidate who does Apply online Form They must pass Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed). OR
- The Candidate who does Apply online Form They must be pass Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
- The Candidate who does Apply online Form They must be pass Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)” “(a) who has acquired the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatory undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two years of such appointment as a primary teacher”.
Eligibility for Class 6-8
- The Candidate Must be Pass Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education; OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed); OR
- The Candidate Must be Pass Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed); OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed); OR
- The Candidate Must be Pass Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year B.A./B.Sc. Ed or B.A.-Ed/B.Sc.Ed; or Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed (Special Education).
- The Candidate Must be Pass Candidates who are appearing in the final year of bachelor degree in education or Diploma in Elementary Education etc are provisionally admitted and their CTET Certificate shall be valid only on passing the aforesaid examinations.
- The candidate not having any of the above qualifications shall not be eligible for appearing in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test.
- The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.

- Then Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.
- Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./ Application No.
- Upload Scanned Images of latest Photograph and Signature
- Pay Examination Fee by e-challan or debit/credit card and net banking
- Print Confirmation page for record and future reference.

Qualifying CTET would not confer a right on any person for Recruitment/ Employment as it is only of the eligibility criteria for appointment.
When will SSC GD marks 2023 release?
The SSC GD marks 2023 will be released by the Commission on April 27, 2023. The GD scores will be displayed till May 12, 2023.
What are the number of attempts a candidate can avail for CTET?
Till now there is no limit on number of attempts for appearing in CTET.
What is the Procedure of document verification?
The document(s) should be forwarded by concerning recruitment authority only. The confidential Verification Report will be sent to the Department concerned.
How many Papers are there in one CTET Examination?
There are two Papers in each CTET Examination-
Paper 1: For Class I to V
Paper II: For Class VI to VIII
If a candidate intends to teach Classes from I-VIII, he/she has to appear in both the Papers
