- HDFC Bank approved pay scale of between INR 3,00,000/- to INR12,00,000/- basis the experience.
- Apart from the above Fixed CTC, candidates will be eligible for performance-linked variable pay is over and above this fitment and done in accordance with the HDFC Bank’s annual reward plan & employees can avail of the subsidized staff loans upon confirmation (6 months) which cannot be encased.
