1.Registrar (tenure post)
- Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
2. Finance Officer (tenure post)
- Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
03. Librarian
- A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% or marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
04. Deputy Registrar
- Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
05.Internal Audit Officer (On Deputation)
- Deputation: Officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Accounts Services in Central/State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis.
06. Assistant Librarian
- A Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

- Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from any recognized University /Institution with 02 years’ experience in the relevant field.

14. Semi Professional Assistant
- Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science from any recognized University /Institution.
15. Library Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
16. Library Attendant
- i) Passed in 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
- ii) Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized institution.
- iii) One year experience in a University/College / Educational institution Library.
