Education Qualification
- 10th pass with a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Fire.
- OR 12th pass (Regular Study)
- Driving License Requirement:
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License, OR
- Valid Medium Vehicle License issued at least 1 year before the advertisement date, OR
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle License issued at least 2 years before the advertisement date.
Selection Process AAI Junior Assistant Recruitment 2025
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective-type questions divided into:
- Part A: Question-related to the prescribed educational qualification.
- Par B: General Knowledge, Intelligence, Aptitude, and English
2. Physical Measurements Test (PMT): Candidates must meet specific height, weight and chest expansion standards.
3. Driving Test: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in driving (Light/Medium/heavy Vehicle).
4. Physical Endurance Test (PET):
- Includes tasks like 100m running, sandbag carrying, pole climbing, rope climbing, and ladder climbing.
- Candidates must score at least 60 marks of 100 in the PET to qualify.

- Register with your email ID and mobile number.
- Log in fill out the application form with accurate details.
- Upload required documents, including photographs and signatures.
- Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
- Now click on final submit and take a printout of the application.
Syllabus & Selection Process
Stage 1:
Written Exam (Computer Based Test [CBT]) – Duration: Two (2) hours Minimum pass marks will be 50 out of 100 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates and 40 out of 100 for SC/ST candidates.
Syllabus:-
Part A- 50% questions on a subject relating to Educational Qualification for the prescribed post.
Part B- 50% Questions on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English, etc.
Stage 2:
On passing the online Computer Test (CBT), shortlisted candidates shall be subject to certificates/Document verification followed by a Medical Examination (Physical Measurement Test). Those cleared in the medical examination shall be allowed for a driving test (in Light Motor Vehicle) subject to possessing Va alid Light Motor Vehicle/Medium Motor Vehicle/Heavy Motor Vehicle license in original. Only on passing the driving test, the candidate will be allowed for Physical Endurance Tests (PET).
Physical Endurance Tests (PET) include:
i)100 m Running
ii) Casualty Carrying Test –
Lifting and carrying sandbags to 50 meters
iii) Pole Climbing
iv) Rope Climbing Each test carries max. 20 marks
v) Ladder Climbing and descending
