About- BHU SET Class 9th and 11th Admission Form 2024

The Banaras Hindu University is going to take admission for the session 2024-25 for girls and boys in LKG, Nursery, Class 1st and 6th in the Central Hindu Girls’ School and Central Hindu Boys’ School through E-Lottery system.

Application Fee:

• For SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 500/-
• For Other State: Rs. 750/-

• For Class LKG: 4 to 5 Years
• For Class Nursery: 5 to 6 Years
• For Class 1st: 6 to 8 Years
• For Class 6th: 10 to 12 Years

Selection Process of BHU SET Class 9th and 11th Admission Form 2024

1. Admission of BHU Employee Ward applicants will be carried out first.
2. First Lot: 3% of the seats will be allocated horizontally to Divyang (OH) applicants by lottery.
3. Remaining seats will be allocated by e-lottery according to given priority sequence:-
   • a) Second Lot:
     • Total no. of ST candidates will be calculated from First Lot and remaining seats reserved for ST candidates will be allocated.
     • Total no. of SC candidates will be calculated from First Lot and remaining seats reserved for SC candidates will be allocated.
     • Total no. of OBC-NCL candidates will be calculated from First Lot and remaining seats reserved for OBC-NCL candidates will be allocated.
     • Total no. of EWS candidates will be calculated from First Lot and remaining seats reserved for EWS candidates will be allocated.
   • b) Third Lot: After Second Lot, remaining seats will be allocated to applicants of unreserved category.
4. Waiting list of each Lot will be prepared separately.

How to Apply Online for BHU CHS Admission 2024?

The Application Form for SET-2024 is available on the BHU’s Entrance Test Portal (www.bhuonline.in). The Application Form is to be filled up and submitted online. Detailed instruction for filling up the application form, online payment of application fee and online submission is also provided on the BHU’s Entrance Test Portal. Candidates have to scan their Signature, Photo and Parent’s Signature as per instruction given in the Portal and upload it.

After the candidate has filled up the application form online and clicks on the “CONFIRM” button, he/she will be provided with following options for payment of Application Processing/Entrance Test Fee:

• Online payment through credit card/ debit card through the payment gateway available on the Entrance test portal.
• After successful payment of Entrance Test Fee, a candidate shall be able to take the printout of the ONLINE filled in Application Form. The candidate is required to retain it for his/her record.

NOTE: The SET-2024 Application Form shall be treated to have been successfully submitted only after the candidate has paid the Application Processing Fee/ Entrance Test Fee through either of the two modes given above. After online submission of Application Form and successful payment of Application Processing/ Test Fee, candidates are advised to take a printout of the online filled up application form (containing the details he/she has filled in and the transaction details of payment of application fee) from either the Entrance Test portal or his e-mail
account for their own record.
