About: Bihar Civil Court Peon Bharti New Update
The Hon’ble Court vide letter no. 1942 dated 11.01.2023 has been pleased to direct the inclusion of newly sanctioned posts in the ongoing recruitment process in view of creation of posts by the Law Department, Government of Bihar vide memo nos. 9908/J dated 06.12.2022 and 9909/J dated 06.12.2022.
In view of said direction of the Hon’ble Court as well as appointment of Sri Ajay Kumar Madhesiya, Ex. Class IV staff, Civil Court, Saran at Chapra in the light of the Hon’ble Court’s judgment dated 07.04.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 1328 of 2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 13012 of 2014, the number of vacancies published vide Employment Notice no. 04/2022 dated 13.09.2022 for the post of Peon / Orderly is increased from 1673 to 1796.
