Home Guard Physical Fitness Test
FOr Male Candidate
- The Male Candidate Will Have to Complete 1.6km Race Within 6 Minutes. Those Candidate may be pass in Race
- The Male Candidate Will Have to Throw 16 Pound of Gola Minimum Up to 16 Feet In 3 Chance.
- The Candidate Will Have to Complete High Jump Minimum 4 Feet In 3 Chance.
For Female Candidate
- The Female Candidate Will Have to Complete 1km Race Within 5 Minutes.
- The Female Candidate Will Have to throw 12 Pound of Gola Minimum Up to 12 Feet In 3 Chance.
- The Female Candidate Will Have to High Jump Minimum 3 Feet In 3 Chance.
