CRIS Recruitment 2022 Education Qualification
Junior Engineer Electrical:
- 3 Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PWD).
- In Candidates with a Degree in Electrical Engineering, the Degree should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE.
Junior Engineer Civil:
- 3 Years Diploma in Civil Engineering with Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PWD).
- In Candidates with a Degree in Civil Engineering, the Degree should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE.
Executive Personnel / HRD / Administration:
- Graduate in Arts / Commerce / Science with Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Personnel / HRD / HRMS fields with Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PWD).
- Degree / Diplomas should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE.
Executive Finance & Accounts:
- Post Graduate in Commerce or Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Finance.
- Degree / Diplomas should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE with Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PWD).
Executive Procurement:
- 3 Years Diploma in any Engineering discipline or MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management AICTE with Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PWD).
- Degree / Diplomas should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE.

- Part 2: Domain Specific Test i.e. Civil – 96 Questions.
Executive Personnel / HRD / Administration:
- Part 1: General Aptitude / Reasoning – 40 Questions
- Part 2: Domain Specific Test i.e. Personnel / HRD / Administration – 80 Questions
Executive Finance & Accounts:
- Part 1: General Aptitude / Reasoning – 30 Questions
- Part 2: Domain Specific Test i.e. Finance & Accounts – 90 Questions
Executive Procurement:
