- Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) board.
- Fluency in Spoken English and Hindi.

CSO Central Command : How To Fill ?
- Write on the envelope containing the application form “APPLICATION FORM FOR THE POST OF CSBO GDE-II”
- Send the duly filled application form along with the required documents to the address “Colonel Signals, HQ Central Command (Signals), PIN- 908544, C/o 56 APO”
CSO Central Command : Selection Process
- Selection Process: Written Exam and Skill Test.
- Skill Test will be conducted to check candidates’ proficiency in handling exchange operations and this will be conducted for qualifying purposes only
- The written test will be Objective type multiple choice questions.
- Written Exam in English and Hindi Medium (Except English Paper).
- The written exam will consist of the following papers/ subjects:
- General Intelligence and Reasoning
- General Awareness
- English
- Numerical Aptitude
