For LDA/ Copyist

1. A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University as on the date of advertisement.
2. He/ She must possess a certificate of Computer knowledge of minimum 3(three) months duration.
3. The candidate should have knowledge of the Official Language of the State of Assam (Assamese).
4. The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.

For Stenographer Grade-II

1. The candidate must be a graduate from a UGC recognized University as on the date of advertisement.
2. Should possess a Diploma/ Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand from TTI/ Polytechnic/ any other institute. Candidates who are pursuing Stenography/ Shorthand may also apply. However, they must submit pass/completion certificate/ diploma to the High Court at the time of document verification, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.
3. Must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
4. The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.

For Stenographer Grade-III

1. Candidate who has passed H.S. examination from any recognized Board/ Council/ University as on the date of advertisement.
2. Should possess a Diploma/ Certificate in Stenography/Shorthand from TTI/ Polytechnic/ any other institute. Candidates who are pursuing Stenography/ Shorthand may also apply. However, they must submit pass/ completion certificate/ diploma to the High Court at the time of document verification, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.
3. Must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
4. The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
