• मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड / विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थानों से वाणिज्य ( Commerce) विषय में इंटरमीडिएट (+2) उत्तीर्ण के साथ Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), WADCA, DIT (Diploma in IT), CIA (Certificate in Accountancy)
• एक वर्ष का कार्यानुभव तथा हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी टंकण दक्षता अनिवार्य।
