• Original School Leaving/College Leaving Certificate from school / College as well as original Migration Certificate from Board / University as applicable.
• Admit card of Intermediate /+2 Exam.
• Before payment please ensure that information filled in is correct
  and complete in all respects.

Steps to Fill Up Form

• Click on the link “Apply for admission 2021-22”
• Sign up the form Application ID and Password will be sent to your registered mobile number through sms.
• It will also be sent to your registered email.
• Log in with Application ID and Password.
• Fill up the other fields (boxes).
• Upload scanned copy of photo, signature, documents, etc. in jpeg format.
• Check the “preview” and go back if any editing is required.
• Click on the “save and go for payment” tab.
• Pay the fee and print the receipt.
• Finally take out the print of the filled in form for future records.
