- Choose the course, that is, CCC
- Read the instructions appearing on the screen
- Click on the checkbox to mark the ‘I Agree’ button
- Fill personal details as asked in the space provided
- Enter the contact details including contact number and email ID, these will be required for future communications
- Submit other details such as address and educational details
- Upload photograph, signature and left thumb impression in the prescribed format and size
- Enter Aadhar card details
- Pay the application cum examination fee
- Candidates must note that they will not get any chance of making modifications in the filled-in application form. The certificates to the qualified candidates will be issued as per the details filled in the application form. Thus, review the application form before submitting the same.
