  • ऑनलाइन की प्रकिया शुरू हो चुकी है।
  • 27 मार्च तक ऑनलाइन का सत्यापन कर UD ID card जारी कर दिया जायेगा।
  • अप्रैल माह से ऑफलाइन की प्रकिया बंद हो जाएगी UD ID CARD के लिए ऑनलाइन प्रकिया अपनाना पड़ेगा।

Assessment and Board review will not require for UDID Card.

Q(viii)Who is Issuing medical authority? Who is District Social Welfare Officer?

  • Issuing Medical Authority is competent medical officer for a district authorized to issue Disability Certificate (Eg CMO/CHMO/CDMO/Civil Surgeon). District Social Welfare Officer is district level officer to handle the Social Welfare / Social Justice department. Disability schemes are provided by DSO.

  •  He can collect from nearest Issuing Medical Authority who issue disability certificate.

Q(x) What can the Resident do if there are spelling mistakes / other demographic error in his/her UDID Card?

  •  He can return the same to Issuing Medical Authority office for necessary corrections.

Q(xi) What are the UDID Guidelines for Verification that the Verifier must keep in mind while verifying the Documents?

  • All compulsory fields should be filled correctly. Data and Names, Parentdetails should be matching as per submitted Address Proof. He must verify photo, signature, and other documents presented before him.

  • Setup on the desktop are prepared by EA. Installation, Sync of master data, desktop operator management and data upload are perform by EA.

  •  We assume 6-7 working days or as per standard time by Indian Post.

  •  Yes its valid same as Aadhaar print works.
